Kelly is an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist with a specialty in pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation. She works with mamas from preconception, through pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum and beyond! 

She helps mamas feel good during pregnancy and educates, prepares and empowers them for labor and delivery. She also supports new mamas in the early postpartum period with breathing techniques, sleeping postures, breastfeeding positions and body mechanics as well as helping them return to exercise feeling strong and confident! Kelly also thrives in helping mamas progress their exercise routines throughout all stages of motherhood! 

She graduated from Merrimack College with her Bachelors of Science in Sports Medicine in 2010 and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island in 2013. She completed an Orthopedic residency with Evidence in Motion and received her Orthopedic Specialist Certification in 2017. She gained extensive knowledge and hands-on techniques of the spine and other orthopedic injuries. She is also certified in Functional Dry needling. 

Kelly is married to her husband Pat and is a mama to Beau (4), Rhett (2) and Nora (6 months). She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, working out and a good craft beer!
